How does the checkup work at the clinic?
- Book: tell the clinic you want a checkup, and mention any tests you already know you want.

- Exams and scans: Pap smear and pelvic exam, then ultrasounds. The doctor explains ultrasound findings as she scans.
- Blood draw: one blood sample can be used for several tests.
- Results: the doctor explains which results you received today and which will come later.
How should I prepare?
- Book on a day when you are not on your period, ideally about 1 week after it ends. This suits both the Pap smear and breast ultrasound.
- Avoid sex, vaginal medicines and douching for about 24–48 hours before the Pap smear.
- Wear a two-piece outfit.
- Bring previous results and a list of medicines.
When will I get my results?
Ultrasound results are explained during the visit. Pap smear and blood test results usually come within a few days; the clinic will tell you how you will receive them.

Is there a fixed checkup package with one price?
The clinic does not publish a fixed package price. Tests are chosen with the doctor, and the price is the total of the tests selected. Ask the clinic for an estimate when you book.
Can I do all the tests in one visit?
Usually yes. A Pap smear, ultrasounds and a blood draw can often be done in one visit. Booking ahead helps the clinic plan enough time. Mention all the tests you want when you book so the visit time is right.
Does the checkup include a mammogram?
The clinic's checkup menu lists breast ultrasound, not mammography. If a mammogram is recommended for you, the doctor can advise where to have one. Mammography is usually done at imaging centers or hospitals.
Is the checkup covered by insurance?
Routine screening is usually not covered by NHIS, except national screening programs for eligible members. Tests with a medical reason may be covered. Private insurance rules vary; ask your insurer.
