What is on an English medical certificate?

Which documents does my travel insurance need?

Each insurer has its own rules. Many ask for:

How do I request my medical records?

  1. Ask at reception, in person or by contacting the clinic first.
  2. Show your ID (passport or Alien Registration Card). Medical records in Korea are released to the patient with ID; a representative usually needs additional documents such as a consent form.
  3. Say which dates or records you need.
  4. Pay the fee: 1,000 KRW for 1–5 pages, then 100 KRW per page from page 6.

Can I get my ultrasound images?

Yes. The clinic can provide ultrasound images on an imaging CD for 10,000 KRW. This can be useful if you are moving abroad, seeing another doctor, or continuing pregnancy care at a hospital.

Are my lab results included?
